SCS SB 859 -- STATE HIGHWAY PATROL OFFICERS ON SCHOOL BOARDS

Current law prohibits members of the State Highway Patrol from
holding elective office.  This bill permits them to run for and
serve on local school boards when they are otherwise qualified
for the office.
